2020.01.09 FOTL Report
Library & FOTL Winter Concert Series
★Part of the 6/30/20 FYE FOTL funding to the library has been allocated to cover 100% of the expenses for the
2020 Winter Concert Series. This is a change from prior years where the FOTL only covered the expense for the
Dec. Concert and provided refreshments for the Jan., Feb., and Mar. concerts.
○FOTL will continue to provide hospitality for the 2020 concerts.
★Concerts will be held at Allard Square at 2pm:
○Jan. 18, Leadfoot Louise
○Feb. 29, Alouette
○Mar. 14, Hungrytown
★We would LOVE help promoting the event - event flyer below; we will also send a jpeg for social media posting.
Book Shop
★Reopens January 10, 2020
○Regular hours resume: Friday & Saturday, 10am - 2pm
Book Shop Committee
★Launched the new online volunteer signup system.
★Transitioning to a new coordinator
★Signed up 3 new non-FOTL volunteers from FPF posts.
★We are still eager for new volunteers - all leads welcome.
★We started to reach out to FOTL groups currently operating book shops within libraries to begin research on all
of the factors we will need to consider for Fall 2021.

★Back to the 4th Thurs. of each month, 9am, Wheeler House.
