10:15 High level review of program – 8 Strategic focus areas (approx. 30 minutes each
but will vary based on complexity and work currently planned)
• Discuss for Understanding
• Work plan
• Ask champions what they need for volunteers
• How to fill empty Champion Positions
12:00 Break for lunch
12:30 Reconvene program review
1:45 Break to take down table at Farmers Market
2:30 Approve program plan (substance probably won’t change after approval but backup and
formatting may change)
2:45 Review and approval of budget
3:00 Fundraising plan review and approval
3:30 Approve initial expenses:
• For design of ad campaign ($2500)
• Business card expenditure approval
• Past expense reimbursement approval
3:45 List of things we want city council to do
