Kirk Dombrowski, Vice President of Research at the University of Vermont
Tricia Coates, Director of the Institute of Rural Partnerships and the Office of Engagement at the University of Vermont 3. Discussion with guests regarding tech hub research funding and incentives, fostering incubation and partnering with local tech stakeholders.
4. Approve minutes from the October 10, 2023 meeting of the Committee. 5. Staff Report by Ilona Blanchard, Community Development Director (if not
previously sent to the members).
6. Public comments on items not on the agenda 7. Member reports on projects, including progress on childcare plans, and
discussion of Committee work and action steps.
