5:29 p.m. Approval of July 17, 2023 minutes ACTION
Anne Lalonde made a motion to approve the minutes for July 17, 2023, and Stacey Pape
seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Anne also motioned to approve the August 14, 2023 minutes. Lauren Ballard seconded the
motion, and it passed unanimously.
5:31 p.m. Approve edits to Strategic Plan and Mission, Values, and Vision statement and send to
the full Board for approval. ACTION
The committee made several changes to the Library’s Vision and Values statement. Anne
Lalonde made a motion to send the edits to the full Board of Trustees for approval. Stacey Pape
seconded the motion, and the motion passed unanimously.
5:42 p.m. Review Records Management Policy
Anne Lalonde discussed the latest version of the GRS. The committee made some changes to
the current policy. Margery motioned that Anne will complete the edits and bring them to the
full Board of Trustees for approval. Lauren motioned the committee approve the edits, and
Stacey Pape seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
5:55 p.m. Vote on edits to Vision Statement
Anne Lalonde made a motion to send the changes to the Vision Statement to the full Board of
Trustees for approval. Lauren seconded the motion, and the motion passed unanimously.
