Hi there...here is a google earth image of the property, with the property line drawn in from the
concrete marker at the north side of the property, to the lead pipe at the south end of the
property. These were recently marked in a survey conducted by our neighbor. The distance between
the property line and the shed now is 8 feet. We will use the same concrete pad on which the current
shed rests for the new shed. The two foot difference will extend into our property.
I hope this suffices.

Hand drawn is fine (yes, an overhead view like what you would see on Google Earth).
