BE IT RESOLVED; by the South Burlington City Council, that in accordance with
Section 37 of the Motor Vehicle and Traffic Regulation Ordinance and Section 8 of the
Fire Lane Ordinance, the City Council hereby resolves to establish the following fees for
violations of the referenced Ordinances:
Maximum towing fee $ 90.00
Maximum storage per day fee $ 30.00
