Good morning
I am writing to confirm that I represent FairPoint Communications as the Manager of Support
Services in the Real Estate Department. I overlook all facilities and real estate concerns in New
Hampshire and Vermont. Consolidated Communications has recently purchased FairPoint
Communications and as a part of the consolidated process, we are rebranding all FairPoint signs to read
Consolidated Communications. To clarify, there is no change in ownership, just changing our "doing
business name." Stan Odachowski is the contractor who is handling all the permitting for this project.

RE: Re -Branding - FairPoint Communications / Consolidated Communications
Dear Town Planning:
The attached building permit application pertains to FairPoint Communication's re -branding of their
current signage on all of their building sites to reflect the new owner name. The signage will be a
like -for -like replacement regarding materials and size and will also reflect the new owners name of
Consolidated Communications.
