Hi Cathy,
The 46.4 sf is per sign for a total of 92.8 (the letters will be attached to the green band on the building).
Ray told me that the singable wall area is the location where the tenant has their front door. I had our architect
measure the building facade (Dorset Street) and the total is 946sf singable wall area.

1. Is the 46.4 SF cut out letters for each wall sign or for both combined?
2. Is the signable wall area listed the facade facing Dorset Street?
3. Do you have a photo of the free standing sign? I think the existing sign with a note
saying which panel will change should be sufficient. But if I don't have anything, its not
clear what I've approved for the next person who looks.
