Existing house, which is almost directly on the southerly property line, will be removed. Property is 50' wide. Proposal is a new 28'x36' house with a 5' southerly side setback and a 9' northerly side setback. On the north side, house will abut a water easement containing an existing pipe. Proposed house will be located farther to the rear of the lot than adjacent houses.
