DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 22nd day of April, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Mike Ploof,
9 Meadow Road, based on the following facts and findings:
1) The lot as it exists would not accommodate any additions
other than as proposed.
2) Conditions were created years ago and are non -conforming.
3) Hardship proceeds the appellant due to narrowness of lot.
4) Property was developed over 100 years ago, no zoning in
affect at the time.
Based upon the above stated- facts and findings the applicant's
request for a varianceireW approved.
