On the 26th of day of June 19 79 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or idvxrAv1 the

of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Unaffected
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Parking is increased; circulation is
ample
3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - The proposed plantings and fence
extension provide an adequate buffer area.

On the 26th day of June 19 79 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or df4dthe
request of r agent
for pite plan approval under Section _11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations subject.to the
following conditions:
1. The 2 1-i2hting fixtures to be relocated to the east property
line shall be screened so that the adjoining residential yard
is not illuminated.
2. The Curb cut on the LaJeunesse lot -shall be closed.
3. An adequate bond shall be posted to insure the fence extension,
new plantings, and closing of the purb cut shown on the plan.
4. The parking lot shall be restriped as shown on the plan.
