Be advised that the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustinent
has denied your request for a zoning variance.
The Board finds that there is no clear demonstration of hardship,
that could not be solved in other ways.
That the lot is too small to support a duplex, this would seriously
exceed density limitations.
The Board finds no reason why you could not rent to a relative or
friend using the area as it presently exists.
