side of Maryland Street Extension, so-called, and having a
frontage thereon that follows the curve of said Maryland Street
-Extension, a north line of 240 feet, more or less, a south line
of 160 feet, more or less, and being Lot No. 23 as said lot is
shown on a Plan entitled 'Proposed Sub -division, Maryland Street
Extension' dated January 23, 1963 and recorded in Volume 49 at
Page 83 of the City of South Burlington Land Records.
Included herein is a right of way to and from Airport Drive, so-
called, over Ledoux Terrace and Maryland Street Extension until
such time as said roadways are accepted as public streets by the
City of South Burlington. Also included herein is the right to
connect to any water main installed in said Ledoux Terrace along
the frontage of said lot.
;Being all and the same lands and premises conveyed to Daniel A.
Marinello, Jr. by Warranty Deed of Sandra L. Viens dated November
25, 1980 and recorded in Book 167, Page 461 of the Land Records
of the City of South Burlington. Also being all and the same
lands and premises conveyed to Grantor and Grantee herein by
Warranty Deed of Grantor and Grantee dated February 11, 1987 and
recorded in Vol. 219 at pages 200-201 of said Land Records.
.Reference is hereby made to the foregoing instruments and the
records thereof and to all instruments therein referred to and
the records thereof, in further aid of this description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all right and title in and to said
