We, the undersigned owners of Mary Street, South Burlington,
Vermont property are aware that Charles F. Webb and Shirley
Maguire Webb are selling their home located at 26 Mary Street to
Richard E. Eary and Suzanne M. Geno contingent upon Suzanne M.
Geno using the property for her individual and marital counseling
business. We understand Suzanne will use the premises between
fifteen and twenty hours per week for business, and the business
will generate fifteen to twenty vehicle trips per week. We do
not object to this use of the property and we authorize this
representation to be made to the South Burlington Zoning Board of
d' stment on our behalf.
