Re: Findings of,Fact, application of Sheun Poon, China Lite,
5 Corporate Way for construction of a 720 square foot green house
and internal renovations for 51 additional seats
On the 25th of February 19 86 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission Apr-bxrMjdx]§K denied the
request of Sheun Poon, China Lite
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlinqton Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1, TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access is inadequate with the present
driveway radii.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G - The 131 parking spaces are in-
adequate for the proposed 371 seats. The ratio of 2.8
seats/space is less than the existing ratio of 1 space/2.4
seats. The parking lot is inadequately maintained for snow
removal and aisles are only 20 feet wide rather than the
required 24 feet.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - Landscaping is in dequate and lot
coverage exceeds 700.
