CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G - The 131 parking spaces are in- adequate for the proposed 371 seats. The ratio of 2.8 seats/space is less than the existing ratio of 1 space/2.4 seats. The parking lot is inadequately maintained for snow removal and aisles are only 20 feet wide rather than the required 24 feet. 3.
