On the 18th of March 19_L.L_, the
South Burlington Planning Commission )�X)Tgvpgi�xpr denied the
request of Shp ,npoc)n
for under Section
of the Sout-h Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1, TRAFFIC ACCESS - A .cpss is inadecjuate with the existing
entrance driveway and radius of the turn into the property.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G - Circulation is inadequate with
aisles measuring 20 fee t in width between parking spaces
rather than the required 24 feet. The 131 parking spaces are
inadequate for the 309 seats.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - A $3,000 landscaping plan depicting
new plantings is required. Lot coverage is 70% .
4. OTHER - The applicant stated he will not guarantee that
309 seats will be the maximum in the restaurant.
