DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 9th day of March, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Albert
Reyes/Sheun Poon, 17 Bacon Street based on the following facts
and findings:
1. Preexisting residential use and lot located within a
commercial district.
2. Use as proposed is allowed, alterations to a non -complying
structure are necessary to provide for use.
3) Preexisting condition not created by the appellant.
4) With the exception of the greenhouse, all modifications are
within the structure.
5) Parking to be determined by a lease from the adjoining
property owners.
Based upon the above and findings the appellant's
