We have no objection to the garage location and feel it is needed for storage purposes and will improve the appearance of the property. The above mentioned attached garage will not alter the general appearance of the neighborhood, as eighty five percent of the houses on Maplewood Drive have garages (attached and unattached) approximately seven feet from their property lines. Some of the garages are closer to the line than seven feet.
