The neighbors of Mrs. Joyce Desseau of 14 Maplewood Drive, South
Burlington, Vermont are aware of her intent to build a fourteen
foot attached garage which will extend to seven feet inside her
property line.
We have no objection to the garage location and feel it is
needed for storage purposes and will improve the appearance of
the property.
The above mentioned attached garage will not alter the general
appearance of the neighborhood, as eighty five percent of the
houses on Maplewood Drive have garages (attached and unattached)
approximately seven feet from their property lines. Some of the
garages are closer to the line than seven feet.
The above garage location meets with the approval of the following
