DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 24th day of October 1994 the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Brian & Tami
Candib, 12 Maplewood Drive based on the following facts and
findings:
1) The applicant is requesting permission to construct a 161x32'
two story addition and renovate the interior of an existing cape
style dwelling.
2) The residential dwelling is located to within seventeen (17)
feet of the required front yard and is non -complying.
3) The applicant attempted to relocate but was not able to
purchase a dwelling which was comparable to the existing
structure and therefore proposes an addition.
4) The applicant needs additional living area for mother-in-law
and family.
5) The addition as proposed will not alter the general character
of the area.
Based upon the above facts and findings th appellant's request
