The South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold
a public hearing at the South Burlington City Offices, Con-
ference koom, 1175 Williston Road, South Burlington,
Vermont on Wednesday, September 5, 1973 at 7:30 P.M.
to consider the following:
# 1 Appeal of Theodore & Geraldine Sinclear seeking a
variance from Section 6,40, yard requirements of the South
Burlington Zoning Ordinance. Request is for permission to
construct a 16'x32' addition and a 14'xl 5' carport to within
nine (9) feet of the required side yard and within eighteen
(18) feet of the required front yard at 8 Maplewootl Drive.
#2 Appeal of Foulsham Farms Real Estate, Arthur Shields
seeking a variance from Section 6.10, Use regulations of
the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance. Request is for per-
mission to convert a dwelling unit into a real estate office,
