The South Burlington Zoning Foard of Adjustment has ,ranted
you permission to remodel the old community center to ' an
amount that ,,iill e7ceed 25 per cent of its fair market value,.
They did, however, deny your request for a garaFe in the
basement section of the structure.
The office will allow you seven (7) days in which to clean
up the area and restore the Property of the city.
