On the 17th of September 1985 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved dtX(VKftE9d the
request of Ray Cooley
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1 TRAFFIC ACCESS - A 30 foot wide curb cut serves this property
at the northern end of the cul de sac.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G - Eight spaces are shown. Parking
spaces shall be designated for maintenance -employee parking.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - A $3000 landscaping bond shall be
posted prior to permit. The Norway maple shall be at least
11 to 13 feet high and 1, inch caliper. The permit shall be
obtained within 6 months.
