HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-89-0000 - Decision - 0018 Lime Rock RoadFINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN opq C-D I CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Finding of Fact, application of Terry Riggs and John McKeown for construction of a 4,000 square foot addition for storage purposes to the existing Commercial Piping Building, 18 Lime Rock Road (lot #6), Ethan Allen Industrial Park. On the 8th of August 1989, the South Burlington Planning Commis- sion approved the request of Terry Riggs and John McKeown for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access will continue from the 21 foot wide curb cut at the northern end of the cul de sac. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is limited to the eastern and northern (rear) sides of the building and is ade- quate. Use requires 12 parking spaces. Fourteen parking spaces are proposed. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: Applicant shall post a 3,000, 3- year landscaping bond prior to permit. The plan shall be revised to show $3,000 in new landscaping and shall be approved by the City Planner prior to permit. 4. OTHER: a) The gravel area on the north side of the building shall be graded so that drainage is to the north, and b) the building permit shall be obtained within 6 months or this approv- al is null and void.
