CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON
On the 13th day of October, 1997, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard testimony regarding a conditional use
application of Terry Riggs, Commercial Piping, Inc., 18 Lime Rock
Road.
Based upon the testimony provided at the above mentioned public
hearing and the documents submitted to the Zoning Board of
Adjustment which are contained within the "document file" for
this application, the Zoning Board finds, concludes, and decides
as follows:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1) The area in question is zoned I-C District.
2) Section 15.226 and 26.55 Outside storage requires approval
by the ZBA.
3) Proposed is the use of trailer boxes for storage (maximum of
four).
Conclusion
1) This proposal will not adversely affect the area, traffic or
zoning bylaws.
2) No imapct on municipal facilities.
Based upon the findings and conclusion setforth above, the Zoning
Board of Adjustment hereby is the applicant's request to use
four (4) trailer boxes fo sto e u its located at 18 Lime Rock
