On the llth day of July 19 78 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or 3&mted the
request of Robert Blanchard agent
for site nlan approval under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Adequate: sight distance in both directions
is sufficient and the proposed use has a low turnover rate.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Ample: meets ordinace requirements
and lot size is large enough to provide expansion.
3. LANDSCAPING 8 SCREENING- Existing front yard landscaping,
which is adequate, will be supplemented by additional plantings
