On the llth of October 19__ , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or denied the
request of Karl Ashline
for site plan under Section1g.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Onew y drive is required to the northerly side of
the property. Property is served by two driveways, which are adequate.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Eighteen spaces were located along the
nortterly line, the new plan is designed for the same number of spaces.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Existing is acceptable, no additional is
required.
