Re: Findings of Fact, application of Frank Naef and Randall Volk
for conversion of house to office use, 1906 Airport Parkway.
On the 22nd of March 1988, the South Burlington Planning
Commission approved the request of Frank Naef and Randall Volk
for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South
Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access is approved from the existing 16 foot
wide driveway that narrows to 14 feet at the building along the
north of the building.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is proposed completely
around 3 buildings at 1908 and on two sides of the building at
1906. Twenty eight parking spaces are proposed and shall be
constructed in accordance with the plan.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: Landscaping plan is adequate. A
wooden fence shall be installed along the northern property line
and around the wood chips stores on the southern portion of the
property to keep them within the property boundaries.
4. OTHER: Only one business office is approved for the building
at 1906 Airport Parkway. There shall be no other businesses or
tenants without Planning Commission approval. The building
permit shall be obtained within 6 months or this approval is null
and void.
