DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 22nd day of March, 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Frank Naef,
1906 Airport Parkway based the following facts and findings:
1) Request is to occupy an existing structure with mix -use
(general office and retail) in conjunction with other permitted and
conditional uses.
2) Character of area not affected, property abuts an industrial
park.
3) 10 to 12 trip -ends projected by the proposed use.
4) No impact on traffic and municipal facilities.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request for
a conditional use is hereby approved.
