being withdrawn. We were unable to find suitable space for the
present tenants and therefore cannot vacate the building for
Redi-Built's uses.

Gentlemen:
As I said the last time I was here, I will return;
however, I am enjoying the sunny South in Florida. The
gentlemen reading this letter to ,you is Mr. Roland Messier,
my representative. He is as familiar with my business as I
am; however, to clarify what I am looking for, it is fairly
simple.
I would like to gut the brick building at 1908 Airport
Drive and build offices with bathroom facilities on the first
floor and an apartment using the second and third floor with
bathroom facilities. All necessary fire requirements will be
met.
The building directly in back of the garage I would
remodel to store my various siding materials. The building
in the rear, I would install a concrete floor and use this
building to fabricate wood buildings.
I respectfully request a multi -use permit for the above.
