HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-94-0000 - Decision - 0444 0498 Lime Kiln RoadI ( 1 STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DU bU DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 27th day of September 1994 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Marion Dumont, 1907/1925 Airport Parkway based on the following facts and findings: 1) The applicant is requesting to subdivide 1.5 acres into three (3) lots. The present use of the property is residential (three (3) duplex units). 2) The area in question is zoned industrial requiring a minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet. 3) The property was developed as residential in the 1960's. 4) Each lot will contain approximately one half acre. 5) The physical size limits the reasonable use which now exist. 6) The variance will not alter the general character of the area.
