On the 12th day of November, 1990, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of AdJustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Paul
Adams, 1890 Airport Parkway based on the following facts and
findings:
1) The area is compatible with the intended uses.
2) Subject to administrative review by the Zoning Board in
order to protect improper mix of uses.
3) Traffic in area does not seem to be a problem.
4) Bylaws in effect by State and South Burlington are in com-
pliance.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant.'s
request for a conditional use is hereby approved.
Stipulations:
