DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 13th day of February, 1995 the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Paul Adams,
1890 Airport Parkway, South Burlington, Vermont based on the
following facts and findings:
1) Request is for permission to construct an addition of 4800
square feet to a structure granted a variance in January 1991.
2) The lot in question abuts a undeveloped residential (rezoned
from industrial to residential).
3) The general character of the area is industrial.
4) Severe topography prevents development of entire parcel, area
of developable land restricted.
5) Shape of lot dictates the placement of the building, hardship
not created by appellant.
6) Does not alter the character of the area.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request for
a variance is hereby granted.
