HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-98-0000 - Decision - 0437 Lime Kiln RoadFINDINGS OF FACT & DECISION STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Paul Adams to amend a previously approved plan for a 16,800 square foot building used for wholesale, warehouse and distribution. The amendment consists of site modifications and landscaping alterations, 1890 Airport Parkway. , On the fday of August, 1998 the South Burlington City Planner approved the request of Paul Adams to amend a previously approved site plan under Section 26.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. This project consists of amending a previously approved plan for a 16,800 square foot building used for wholesale, warehouse and distribution. The amendment consists of site modifications and landscaping alterations. The only issue affected by this application is landscaping. 2. Landscaping: The type of trees proposed along the rear of the building along the north boundary line have been changed. The minimum landscaping requirement has been maintained. 3. Dumpster: A screened dumpster storage area is now being provided. 4. Outside storage: An area has been designated for outside storage. DECISION & CONDITIONS Based on the above Findings of Fact, the South Burlington City Planner approves the request of Paul Adams to amend a previously approved plan for a 16,800 square foot building used for wholesale, warehouse and distribution. The amendment consists of site modifications and landscaping alterations, 1890 Airport Parkway, as depicted on a plan entitled, "Paul G. Adams Property Ethan Allen Farms - Lot #42 Site Plan," prepared by Champlain Consulting Engineers, dated 12/29/94, last revised on 2/14/95, and on a plan entitled, "Paul Adams Property Ethan Allen Farms Lot #42 South Burlington, Vermont Planting Plan," stamped "received" on 7/27/98, with the following stipulations: 1. All previous approvals and stipulations which are not superseded by this approval shall remain in effect. 2. The applicant shall obtain a Certificate of Occupancy/Compliance from the Administrative Officer once the landscaping has been completed. 3. Any change to the site plan shall require approval by the South Burlington Planning Commission. South Burlington City Planner d-Y V%!� Date
