South Burlington Legal Notice
The South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment will
hold a public hearinq on Wednesday, April 20, 1966 at
7:30 P.M. at the Town, Office Building, 555 Dorset
Street, South Burlington, Vermont to hear the following:
1. Appeal of Robert C. Nowak requesting permission to
build a residence on lot 8 Log wood Street Extension at
less than minimum required set -back from side lot lines.
2. Appeal of Marcel J. Carrier seeking permission to
construct a two car garage on his lot at 30 Greening
Avenue. Request is to build within 5 ft. of the side
lot line.
