HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-94-0000 - Decision - 0117 Laurel Hill DriveSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN (z _ C Lj _ pL,>L CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON �/ DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 27th day of September 1994 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Douglas Boehm, 117 Laurel Hill Drive based on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant is requesting permission to construct a 10'x20' open deck within the southerly side yard, to within four (4) feet of the property line. 2) The floor plan of the structure prevents a deck constructed within the rear yard. Construction of the deck will provide for a second access from the dwelling. 3) Proposed deck abuts the garage on the adjoining property. Property owner of adjoining land does not have a problem with its location. 4) Proposed deck does not alter character of the neighborhood. 5) Reasonable use and typical to the general character of the area.
