The undersigned residents of the Town of South Burlington,
being unable to attend in person,the zoning board meeting of cug
10,1967,wish to express their objection to the request for a change
in zoning variance by the Eliefs academy or its owners. Subject
property is that owned by Leo Smith of South Burlington which is
located on the corner of Shelburne Rd and Laurel Hill Drive.These
residents object to the use of Laurel hill Dr as commercial and to
the st ted use by Eliefs Academy as living quarters for their students.
'vVe further feel that the commercial frontage should be on Shelburne
Rd and not on Laurel Hill Drive.
