Site plan application #SP‐19‐12 of Mary Jo Capotrio to renew a condition of a previous subdivision approval
which required a zoning permit to be obtained within six (6) months, 1408 Hinesburg Road.
The Board signed the decision on final plat application #SD‐16‐30 more than six (6) months ago (November 16,
2016, extended by 12 months on 12/5/2017 to May 16, 2018). The applicant is asking the Board to renew
condition #13, which will reset the timeline for acquiring a zoning permit.
Staff notes that pursuant to the amended Land Development Regulations Section 3.15: Residential and
Commercial Building Energy Standards, all new buildings are subject to the Stretch Energy Code.
The Findings of Fact and Decision from #SD‐16‐30 and the final plat are in the packet for your review. There are
no additional staff comments on this application.
