DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 14th day of January, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Donald
Carney, 95 Kirby Road based on the following facts and findings:
1) Lot is large enough to permit a three-family dwelling unit.
Additional single-family is in keeping with the area.
2) Hardship created by previous zoning regulations not by the
appellant.
3) The original subdivision reflects the parcel as three lots.
4) The variance is in keeping with the -character of the neigh-
borhood, most homes have 70 foot frontage.
