Dear Mr. Earley:
Be advised that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has denied your
request for a zoning variance. Generally, the Board feels
that other solutions are possible which would afford relief
in living space which would be less of a variance and less
impact on the area.
Since you have started with the addition to your garage, you
will be allowed to continue providing that it is according
to the plan submitted and approved on August 13, 1979 by the
Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Formal findings will be issued by the Board at a later date.
