On the 2nd day of May 1 1977 the South Burling-
ton Zoning Board of Adjustment approved-oA-&rti-�_ the appeal
of Paul yenard, 57 Kirby Road, South Rurlincton, VT
based on the following facts:
1) Hardship involved, in-laws need medical attention,
they will be living; in the apartment.
2) Design of the dwelling will not change, outside
appears as a room over garage.
3) Conforms with Section 4468 of the Planning and
Development Act.
