Proposed: setting off of two lots from a 6.86 acres parcel. Parcel contains
frontage on Victory Drive in two segments 190 feet and 50 feet.
Lots to the north and south sides on the land in question containing 100 feet
frontage and 120 feet. Both occupied by single family dwellings.
This proposal is considered a minor sub -division and requires approval by the
Planning Commission.
