Re: Findings of Fact, application of Alan Palmer for
construction of 85,700 square foot warehouse facility an
lot #1, RDR Enterprises, Kimball Avenue
On the 14th of October 1986, the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved xy, gmkx�* the
request of Alan Palmer
for site plan approval under Section 19.1n
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
to TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall be from a new 24 foot wide
drive.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Circulation is adequate 105
parking spaces are approved.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING- A $2,600 landscaping lan is
approved. Credit is granted for $20,000 in existing trees.
No trees shall be cut in the CO District. A $3000 contribution
shall e made to the Williston Road intersection improvement
fund. The pedestrian trail legal documents shall be submitted
o City Attorney for approval prior to permit. The building
permit shall be obtained within 6 months.
