CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Circulation is adequate 105 parking spaces are approved. 3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING- A $2,600 landscaping lan is approved. Credit is granted for $20,000 in existing trees. No trees shall be cut in the CO District. A $3000 contribution shall e made to the Williston Road intersection improvement fund. The pedestrian trail legal documents shall be submitted o City Attorney for approval prior to permit. The building permit shall be obtained within 6 months. South Burlington Planning Commission
