by Civil Engineering Associates, dated August 2019. We would like to offer the following comments:
1. The project currently is designed to create less than one‐half acre of impervious surface,
therefore the project is not subject to the requirements of section 12.03 of the LDRs at this
time.
2. Sheet C1.3‐ Add Silt Fence to the line type legend. Silt fence should be located within the LOD.
3. Sheet C1.3‐ The Construction Entrance is scaled to be less than 12 ft. Please scale appropriately.
4. Sheet C1.3‐ It is not realistic to install a footing drain just three feet from the Limits of
Disturbance. Leave sufficient room to work safely within the limits.
5. Sheet C1.3‐ Note material intended for drive culvert to ensure adequate cover.
6. Sheet C2.1‐ Disconnection Credit Detail. Where is this intended for?
7. Sheet C2.1‐ Disconnection Credit Detail‐ please reference the 2017 Stormwater Management
Manual for all related information.
8. Sheet C3.0‐ Construction Fence Detail. Barrier Tape should be allowed in this location since site
is not within 50 ft of waters of the State.
