DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 27th day of April, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Patrick
O'Brien, lot #3, Kimball Avenue based on the following facts and
findings:
1) Applicantis requesting to store fieldstone on pallets.
Storage and distribution is only activity proposed.
2) The character of the area is not adversely affected.
3) Only storage is being proposed, no structure is involved,
therefore no affect on municipal and educational facilities.
4) Delivery of fieldstone is less than ten trailer truck loads
for entire summer season.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a conditional use is hereby approved.
