Re: Findings of Fact, application of Jerry Milot,
Lot #5, Business Park North, Kimball Avenue
On the 26th of March 19 85 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or xt(miact the
request of Jerry Milot
for site plan review udder Section 19,10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
to TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access is via existing curb cut that is
shared with the Palmer Building to the east.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Ninety one spaces are approved,
of which 10 are compact spaces; five additional have been
waived.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - $17,000 bond for landscaping
shall e posted. The concrete sidewalk shall be extended
across entire driveway. A bond for the sidewalk shall be
posted in an amount determined by the engineer.
4. Legal documents shall be filed for the pedestrial trail
within 90 days. The sewering method shall be approved by he
Engineer. The height at the tallest point may be 42 feet maximum,
provided the roof is peaked.
5. The building permit must be obtained within 6 months.
