CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Ninety one spaces are approved, of which 10 are compact spaces; five additional have been waived. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - $17,000 bond for landscaping shall e posted. The concrete sidewalk shall be extended across entire driveway. A bond for the sidewalk shall be posted in an amount determined by the engineer. 4. Legal documents shall be filed for the pedestrial trail within 90 days. The sewering method shall be approved by he Engineer.
