On the 17th of February 19 81 the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or deniied the

for-ap under Section 11.70
of the Sou ur ington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1, TRAFFIC ACCESS (,omhi ned with adjacent lots.
Easements shall be provided. A sidewalk along the frontage of
the lot is required.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Parking spaces are waived to 1 per
250 square foot.'- GFA, sufficient for general office use.
3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - Revised landscaping information,
equivalent to at least $14,500, shall be submitted.
4. OTHER - Lighting and drainage plans must be approved.
