On the 14th of October 1986, the South Burlington Planning
Commission approved the request of Alan Palmer for site plan
approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning
Regulations based on the following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access is approved through the existing curb
cut on Kimball Avenue.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation does not change. The
building addition will be raised with parking below it. The
entire building requires 143 spaces. The plans show this amount.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: An $8200 landscaping bond shall be
posted prior to permit. Revised plans showing this value shall
be submitted to the City Planner for approval prior to permit.
Any amount not used for landscaping shall be donated to the City
for park use. A sewer allocation of 300 gpd is granted from the
original subdivision approval. The building permit shall be
obtained within 6 months or this approval is null and void.
