WHEREAS, on October 23, 1979, the South Burlington Planning
Commission granted approval to Daniel and Leo O'Brien ("O'Brien"
herein) under the South Burlington Subdivision Regulations for
resubdivision of a 10 lot subdivision, as shown on a plan entitled,
"Final Plan, Business Park North" dated August, 1978, last revised
1/24/80.
WHEREAS, said plan was recorded in Map Volume 153, Page 71 of
the South Burlington Land Records on January 29, 1980, eight (8)
days after the recording deadline for the subdivision approval.
Said plan was signed by the Planning Commission Chairman on June 2,
1980.
WHEREAS, several of the lots shown on said plan have been
conveyed into separate ownership;
NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission hereby recognizes said
plan recorded in Map Volume 153, Page 71 as an officially approved
subdivision under the South Burlington Subdivision Regulations and
the lots shown on said plan shall be regarded by the City as
lawfully existing despite the late recording of the plat.
