Re: Comments — O'Brien Farm Kimball Ave.
1. New road should include a sidewalk.
2. Cul-de-sac island shall be curbed.
3. Lot lines between Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 shall also serve as utility easements mainly sewer and
drainage serving the remaining O'Brien land to the west.
4. Power, telephone and TV lines shall be installed outside of the street r.o.w.
5. New road shall include street lights.
6. The 80 foot street r.o.w. shall extend to the southerly property line so street can be extended
in the future.
