Re: Findings of,Fact, application of Hackett, Valine and
MacDonald for conversion of 2650 square feet of the existing
unfinished basement to a kitchen, lounge and conference facility,
a storage room and two bathrooms.
On the 28th of January 1986 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved x=5&kxiva& the
request of Hackett, Valine and MacDonald
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1„ TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall not change from existing
conditions.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G - Circulation is adequate. Eleven
spaces are waived for the additional 2650 square feet of
finished floor area.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - Landscaping is adequate.
4. The Kennedy Drive sidewalk shall remain. A walkwa shall be
provided tortheback entrance to the westerly parking lot.
5. Uses shall be restricted to those stated above.
6. The building permit shall be obtained within 6 months.
